Tarragon Chicken Salad Lettuce Wraps

Low calorie chicken salad with tarragon and alfalfa sprouts in a lettuce leaf.

Ingredients:

  • 7 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
  • 28 grams Celery, raw
  • 28 grams Carrots, raw
  • 1 tsp Tarragon, ground
  • 2 tbsp Walden Farms Amazin’ Mayo (by LESLEY210)
  • 1 tsp Pepper, black
  • 56 grams Alfalfa sprouts
  • 2 leaf, large Iceberg Lettuce (salad)

Instructions:

  1. Chop a 7 oz cooked chicken breast into spall cubes. Chop celery, carrots and tarragon. Add amazin mayo and black pepper mix thoroughly. Then place clean alfalfa sprouts in each clean leaf & add the chicken salad into the leaves on top of the alfalfa sprouts. Roll it all up in the lettuce. Enjoy!
