Ingredients

  • 6 big handfuls mixed greens
  • 1/2 red bell pepper and 1/4 red onion, both sliced in thin strips
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. chopped fresh basil
  • 3/4 lb. leftover flank steak, sliced thin on the diagonal
  • dressing made with (per salad)
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. sesame oil
  • pinch of red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp. chopped peanuts

Directions

  • Mix together the greens, bell pepper, onion, and basil. Add the steak. Blend the dressing and drizzle over the salad. Top with peanuts.
