Ingredients
- 6 big handfuls mixed greens
- 1/2 red bell pepper and 1/4 red onion, both sliced in thin strips
- 1 1/2 tbsp. chopped fresh basil
- 3/4 lb. leftover flank steak, sliced thin on the diagonal
- dressing made with (per salad)
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. sesame oil
- pinch of red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp. chopped peanuts
Directions
- Mix together the greens, bell pepper, onion, and basil. Add the steak. Blend the dressing and drizzle over the salad. Top with peanuts.
