
Hey y’all! I’m back with some simple mason jar recipes. This is great for anyone looking to meal prep and to switch it up a bit. These mason jars will keep in the fridge for about 3-4 days. Just shake and place contents of mason jar into bowl and enjoy! Thanks as always for watching!
Jerk Caesar Salad:
King Oyster Mushrooms
Scallion (white part, chopped)
Ginger (minced)
Poultry Seasoning
Smoked Paprika
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Sea Salt
Jamaican Choice Jerk Seasoning
Grace Jamaican Jerk Hot Seasoning
Drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Toppings:
Romaine Lettuce
Spinach
Red Cabbage
Red Pepper
Cherry Tomatoes
Just Caesar Dressing
Quinoa Taco Salad:
Dressing:
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tbl agave (sub maple syrup)
1 tbl sesame oil
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp lime juice
*Taste and adjust seasoning to your taste
Toppings:
Black Beans
Tomatoes
Red onion
Corn
Cilantro
Quinoa
Romaine Lettuce
Peanut Noodle Salad:
Dressing:
3 tbl peanut butter
2 tbl warm water
3 tbl rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tbl agave (sub maple syrup)
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp chili garlic paste
*adjust taste to your liking. Thin with water if too thick
Toppings:
Soba Noodles (you can use whatever pasta you prefer)
Cucumber
Carrots
Red Cabbage
Quinoa
