A perfect recipe for a hot day, us vegans can do high protein salads too, only we get to eat any carbs we want with it too and still lose weight!
Olives, sun-dried tomato, “cheese” and parsley stuffed into 2 Gardein Chick’n Scallopinis, served with a cannellini bean, spinach, rocket and tomato salad.
This could be my favourite vegan recipe yet.
