***OIL FREE HUMMUS RECIPE***

Ingredients:
2 15 oz cans of organic chick peas (rinse and drain!)
2-3 tbsp tahini OR 2-3 tbsp hemp seeds (i’ve used both in the past!)
juice of a lemon
spices/herbs – i use garlic and a little dill usually
2-3 tbsp of water if necessary (while blending!)

Add all ingredients in a HIGH SPEED blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Store in an air tight container for up to 5 days.

**SALAD INGREDIENTS**

Cucumber/Zucchini (I usually like to zoodle these or use my peeler and make fun ribbons – I diced them in this video though!)
Tomato (I don’t always use this)
Shredded Spinach (5-10 oz)
Shredded Cilantro.
Alfalfa Sprouts.
+ Hummus, maple syrup, more dill and dijon mustard as the dressing – MASSAGE IT/MIX WELL AND ENJOY!
