

This quick and easy dessert idea is perfect for hot summer days.

4 Ingredients
40g (2 tbsp) butter
1 medium pineapple, peeled, cored, sliced,cut into 16 wedges
40g (1/4 cup, lightly packed) brown sugar
2 100g tubs fruit salad-flavoured frozen yoghurt, to serve

2 Method Steps
Melt the butter (40g (2 tbsp) butter) in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the pineapple (1 medium pineapple, peeled, cored, sliced,cut into 16 wedges) and brown sugar (40g (1/4 cup, lightly packed) brown sugar) and toss to coat the pineapple. Cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, or until the liquid has reduced to a caramel consistency and the pineapple is golden brown.
Serve immediately topped with the frozen yoghurt (2 100g tubs fruit salad-flavoured frozen yoghurt, to serve).
