Chickpea & Quinoa Burgers | Vegan High Protein

Burger press:


1 can chickpeas
3/4 cup of uncooked quinoa
1 medium onion
OPTIONAL: a small amount of other coloured veggies (peppers work well!)
1/3 cup coriander leaves
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 1/2 tsp paprika
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Pepper to taste
If using salt up to 2g may be required


Cook the quinoa as per pack.
Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees Celcius for 10 mins.
Combine all ingredients in food processor until smooth.
Shape into patties, arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 35 mins (no need to flip)
