
How to make vegan macaroni salad!
Ingredients:
1 tbsp. Dill Weed
1 1/3 cup Just Mayo (or Hellman’s Vegan)
12 oz. Pasta (look for the certified vegan label or choose a less processed pasta with only a couple ingredients)
1 tbsp. Agave Nectar (or sugar)
1/2 Red Bell Pepper
1 tbsp. Sweet Relish
1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
Salt and Pepper to taste
Palm-full or 2 of Minced Onion dependent upon preference (use 1 tbsp. if unsure)
Palm-full or 2 of Celery Flakes dependent upon preference (use 1 tbsp. if unsure)
1 1/2 cups Peas
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Paprika
