Couscous Salad | Healthy and Easy | Vegetables | Herbs



Couscous salad – I love couscous because it cooks in 5 minutes and you can add whatever vegetable, meat or fish that you want.
Couscous salad ingredients:
1 cup couscous
1 cup broth or water
3 lemons juiced, about ΒΌ cup
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
Parsley flat leaf – 2 tbsp
Cilantro – 2 tbsp
Mint – 2 tbsp
Red bell pepper – 1 diced
Red Onion – 1/2 diced
Cucumber – 1 diced
Add feta cheese or grilled salmon, grilled chicken for a heartier meal.
