
I don’t know about you but I love a good crunch on salads. On keto the typical crouton is usually out and making your own low-carb croutons can take some time but these Keto Salad Toppers are a quick and easy way to get that crunchiness in less time!
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds (35 g/ 1.2 oz)
- 1/4 cup pecans or walnuts (27 g/ 1 oz)
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds (23 g/ 0.8 oz)
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds – pepitas (32 g/ 1.1 oz)
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil or ghee
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt or 1/4 tsp garlic powder + 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary or herbs of choice
