In a tropical country the best part about winter is that the markets start stocking up on fresh leafy greens, (which are otherwise too hard to find or too expensive) which have a variety of uses and a simple, indulgent salad is what I love to make best with those greens. Here is my recipe for a great rich and creamy salad. Its loaded with Cheese and Mayonnaise apart from the fresh vegetables. Mind you its not a “skinny” salad and will fill you up completely. It is absolutely customisable so feel free to add or skip any ingredients you want, as long as your basic technique is right and the ingredients compliment the condiments, this salad will turn out to be amazing!
