Green Salad with Honey and Curd Dressing (Low Cholesterol & Healthy Heart Recipe)

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) Shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) Shredded cabbage
  • 1 Cup (16 tbs) Cucumber cubes
  • 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (ajmoda) Finely chopped celery
  • 1 Cup (16 tbs) Avocado cubes
  • 1 Cup (16 tbs) , cut in half Grapes
  • curd dressing For honey
  • 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) (dahi) Low fat curd
  • 2 Teaspoon Honey
  • 1/4 Teaspoon (rai) Mustard powder
  • To Taste Salt
