- 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) Shredded lettuce

- 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (ajmoda) Finely chopped celery
- 1 Cup (16 tbs) Avocado cubes
- 1 Cup (16 tbs) , cut in half Grapes
- curd dressing For honey
- 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) (dahi) Low fat curd
- 2 Teaspoon Honey
- 1/4 Teaspoon (rai) Mustard powder
- To Taste Salt
- Combine all the salad ingredients in a deep bowl, add the honey-curd dressing and toss well.
