Theres vegan kababs are incredible, I use over my left over vegan beef from my recent recipe video. The beef is made from seitan, an awesome meat replacement made from vital wheat gluten. I flavour up the vegan beef in some lovely spices & pan roast it. Served with salad all inside grilled flat breads. The perfect recipe for Christmas left overs.
