In this video I show you how to make Vegan Tuna Salad 3 different ways- Chickpea Tuna Salad, Nut/Seed Tuna Salad, and Tempeh Tuna Salad. You can always feel free to mix the ingredients around. One of my favorite ways to make “tuna” salad is doing half chickpeas and half of the nuts and seeds, sometimes I will add some tempeh too. Also, feel free to add different spices and condiments- like you can add celery seed, relish, or dill to any of the 3 recipes, not only the one I showed it in.
If you want a more fishy flavor try adding 1-2 tsp of miso paste or a little seaweed/kelp flakes in these recipes.

Try adding some other things to zest up your “tuna”, like hot sauce, capers, curry powder, or dried fruit. You can also try using tahini instead of the vegan mayo.
*Note- make sure to look for a vegan Worcestershire sauce, without anchovies. There are a few brands out there now. You will find them easily if you go to a health food store, like Whole Foods. If you don’t have a store like that by you, you can look online. Both Edward & Sons and Annie’s make a great vegan sauce! Click links below to check them out.

*If you don’t have vegan mayo, or don’t want to use it, you can use Tahini or you can make a vegan sauce to put on it, it will be similar to a mayo. I use a sauce similar to my vegan sour cream recipe in some salads, like my cole slaw recipe. Just add a little more non-dairy milk to make it more liquidy, not as thick and no chia seeds and no vegan mayo – youtu.be/BptRm6P4mWA
