HTME Practical – Hmong Tofu Laab | HTME Practical

In this Practical episode of HTME, Yia Vang, the expert cook that helped us make the Tofurkey demonstrates how to make a traditional Hmong dish with Tofu.

Here are all the ingredients for this recipe:
2 C of chopped tofu
1/3 C Juliann carrots
1 Teaspoon of chopped garlic
1 teaspoon of chopped lemons grass
1 teaspoon of chopped ginger
1/4 C of toasted rice flour
2 Thai chilies chopped
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 C chopped cilantro
6-8 mint leaves
6-8 Thai basil leaves
4-5 leaves of culantro
1 Tablespoon salt
