As I was making this pasta salad, I was thinking of the wonderful lady who submitted it. Although we have never met personally, I’ve gotten to know her through our z-mails. Kitten is a valued member here who has contributed so much to the success of this site. My thoughts and prayers go out to her and her family over the loss of her dear husband. This delicious salad is full of flavor, textures and beautiful colors making a beautiful presentation. We particularly loved the cubed ham and mozzarella in it.
