Ingredients:
3/4 cup Vegenaise
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
3/4 tsp salt
several pinches of black pepper
1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
2 red radishes, grated
2 carrots, peeled/grated
1 (1lb) package elbow macaroni
