- 1-2 medium tomatoes , chopped
- black pepper (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (or to taste)
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1 large carrot , shredded
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
- 8 ounces elbow macaroni , cooked until firm-tender
- 1-2 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 1/3 cup minced red onion or use 2 green onion , chopped
- 1-2 large celery ribs , cut in 1/4 inch dice
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt (or to taste)
