MEXICAN STREET SALAD
HEALTHY, YUMMY & TANGY SALAD
Prep Time – 20 mins |Cooking Time -5 mins | Serves – 4
Ingredients :
Lettuce – 3-4 leaves
Cherry tomatoes – ½ cup
Roasted corn – 1/4th cup
Boiled rajma – 1 cup
Avocado – 1 chopped
Red & yellow bell peppers – 1/4th cup
Spring onion – 4-5 chopped
Cheese cubes – ¼ th cup chopped
Nachos
Salad Dressing :
Olive oil – 2 tbsp
Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp
Mint – 2 tbsp
Lemon juice – 4 tbsp
Dried oregano – 2 tsp
Roasted jeera powder – ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper – 1/4th tsp
