  • 3 Inch Ginger piece
  • 2 Clove (10 gm) Garlic
  • 4 Long red chilies
  • 2 (zested, juiced) Lemons
  • 2 Tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 55 Gram (about 1/4 cup) Brown sugar
  • 700 Gram Beef strips
  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 , halved (thinly sliced) Red onion
  • 1 , halved (seeded, thinly sliced) Lebanese cucumber
  • 1 Cup (16 tbs) Mint leaves
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped roasted peanuts
