directions
- To make the dressing: in a small bowl, whisk the olive oil, raspberry preserves, raspberry vinegar, Chambord, salt, and pepper together.
- In a serving bowl, toss the salad greens, raspberries, and walnuts together.
- Pour the dressing over the salad; toss to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.

A nice light salad, I do not have raspberry vinegar so used white vinegar, it worked fine. I had one cup of raspberries so mixed half in the salad and garnished each plate with the rest. Also used toasted pecans (personal preference). I am happy to have a new recipe to use Chambord, one of my favourite liquers, especially great for desserts too!
