Nutrient-packed Caesar Salad

Caesar salad, healified. Made with a vegan dressing made with whole ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • 1. 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 2. 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 3. 1 tbsp mustard
  • 4. 1 garlic clove
  • 5. 1 tsp nutritional yeast
  • 6. 1 tsp tahini
  • 7. Salt ad Peper to Taste.
  • 8. 1-2 heads of romaine, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Use a food processor or blender to first pulverize cashews.
  2. Next, add remaining ingredients to the blender (minus romaine) and mix to a creamy consistency.
  3. Pour desired amount of dressing over your romaine lettuce and toss using mixing utensils.
