
Caesar salad, healified. Made with a vegan dressing made with whole ingredients.
Ingredients:
- 1. 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 2. 1/2 cup almond milk
- 3. 1 tbsp mustard
- 4. 1 garlic clove
- 5. 1 tsp nutritional yeast
- 6. 1 tsp tahini
- 7. Salt ad Peper to Taste.
- 8. 1-2 heads of romaine, chopped
Instructions:
- Use a food processor or blender to first pulverize cashews.
- Next, add remaining ingredients to the blender (minus romaine) and mix to a creamy consistency.
- Pour desired amount of dressing over your romaine lettuce and toss using mixing utensils.
