A great low cholesterol and fully vegan salad. You can whip this one up fast without many ingredients. You will also be throwing together a fast and easy vinaigrette sauce.

  • Blanched Green Beans
  • Sliced Red Onion
  • Creole Mustard
  • Red Wine Vinegar
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper

Combine blanched thin green beans and red onion slices. Toss with Creole mustard, red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.
