
This easy 5 minute summer salad recipe is a low cholesterol, heart-healthy choice. Peaches and tomatoes make for a fun combo sure to interest kids and adults.
You will need:
- Tomatoes
- Peaches
- Red Onions
- Cider Vinegar
- Olive Oil
- Sugar
- Salt & Pepper
Slice 1 or 2 Tomatoes into wedges. Slice as just as many peaches. This depends on how many you want to feed. Toss tomato and peach wedges with red onion slices. Drizzle with cider vinegar and olive oil; season with sugar, salt and pepper. That’s it. You are ready to serve.
