July 25, 2015: Tonight, I finally set out to make more olive salad because I really want a muffuletta right now, but can’t eat one until the olive salad is ready. So here it is! My take on the olive tapenade/salad that goes on the famous New Orleans sandwich, the one and only Muffuletta! ENJOY! ~ trish ~
