- 3 tbsp. reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- pinch garlic powder
- salt
- cracked black pepper
- 1 bag (5 ounces) torn romaine lettuce
- 1 box grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 c. matchstick-cut carrots (from a bag)
Directions
- In a salad bowl, blend the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and garlic powder. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add the romaine, grape tomatoes, and carrots, and toss to mix well.
