Tofu – 1/2 block
For marination – Chilli powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, garam masala powder, salt, paprika
Yogurt – 2 tsp
Olive oil – 2 tsp
All veggies below in required quantities:
Green peppers/ capsicum
Lime – half
Yogurt – 1/2 cup
Fresh dill leaves – a few
Salt – as needed
1. Mix the marination ingredients and marinate tofu for 15-20 minutes
2. Grill tofu with little olive oil until golden brown and crispy
3. Mix ingredients for dressing
4. Serve grilled tofu on bed of veggies with the dressing
