This is another salad recipe I decided to make using champignon mushroom. This flavourful salad is delicious and easy to make. This is a family sized salad recipe and it is so tasty that you will be able to finish this in the same meal without any leftovers.

Ingredients you’ll need:
Champignon mushrooms from cans, small peas, lettuce, red onion, carrots, bell pepper, pickles, olive oil, red wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar, Himalayan salt, black pepper, paprika.
Fry with 3 tbsp oil
3 cans of champignon mushrooms, strained, washed and diced
While it’s frying add into a big bowl:
1 can of small peas, strained and washed
Small bunch of lettuce, chopped
1 small red onion, diced
3 carrots, grated
1 red bell pepper
3 pickles, diced
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
6 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1 tsp Himalayan salt
Pinch of black pepper
¼ tsp paprika
When the mushrooms turn brown, add them to the salad bowl with the rest of the vegetables and mix it well.
