The Best-Tasting Kale Salad EVER (Easy One Bowl, 4 Ingredient Vegan Recipe) | Lauren Vacula



When you want a yummy vegan kale salad for dinner but don’t have a ton of time to put it together- you make this salad! This recipe is easy to make, requiring just one bowl and 4 ingredients. Feel free to leave out the hot sauce if you don’t like spice and substitute in your own favorite flavors!

Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 head of kale, organic if possible
1/2 to 1 avocado (depending on how creamy you want the salad to be)
1(ish) tbsp liquid aminos
1(ish) tbsp hot sauce

Directions:
1.Prep the kale – remove from stem and shred the leaves. Wash well and dry.
2. Add kale with the rest of the ingredients to a large bowl.
3. Massage avocado, aminos, and hot sauce into kale.
4. Top with anything you’d like!

Vegan Parmesan:
Ingredients:
1 cup cashews
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
1. Combine everything in a food processor, blend well.
