
- 1 1/2 lb. tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 avocado, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro leaves
- Step 1Layer tomatoes and avocado on platter. Drizzle lime juice and oil over top.
- Step 2Sprinkle with cilantro and salt to taste.
