  • 1 1/2 lb. tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro leaves
    1. Step 1Layer tomatoes and avocado on platter. Drizzle lime juice and oil over top.
