Vegan Salad — Dr. Esselstyn — "no oils,….No Oils…….NO OILS "

I like to eat my raw salads as finger foods along with my main meal. This is so much better than using salad dressing, because when you eat a salad without dressing, you can taste each individual vegetable and get a real buzz from how all of these flavors blend together, especially when you chew them with food from your hot main plate of veggie spagghetti, or beans, or whatever.
