LUNCH 1:
– cooked pasta (enough to fill your box)
– diced tomato
– sliced green pepper
– tofu feta (recipe here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h49NODQRAaA)
LUNCH 2:
– 1/2 can chickpeas
– 1/4 tsp garlic powder
– BBQ sauce
Dressing:
– 1 tbsp hummus
– 1 tsp lemon juice
– 1 tsp maple syrup
LUNCH 3:
– brown rice
– black beans
– veggies to top it
DESSERT BOX:
Bliss balls:
– 1 cup dates, pitted
– 1/2 cup cashews
– 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
Blend in food processor until sticky enough to roll, then roll into balls and keep in the fridge!
