
Ingredients:
- 2 x chicken breasts , about a pound
- 2 tbs hot sauce
- 2 x salt and pepper
- 1 tbs oil
- 1 head romaine lettuce , cut into 1 inch thick slices
- 2 x carrots , shredded
- 4 stalks celery , sliced
- 2 x green onions , sliced
- 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
- 0.50 x hot sauce
Instructions:
- Marinate the chicken in the hot sauce, salt and pepper for 30+ minutes.
- Brush the oil on the grill and grill the chicken until cooked, about 4-5 minutes per side and set aside while you make the salad.
- Assemble salad and toss in the dressing.
- Serve salad topped with sliced chicken. (Add extra hot sauce if you like it hot.)
