Ingredients:
- 1-7 oz. can pine apple chunks drained
- 1-4 oz. can mandarin organge segments drained
- 1-7oz. can tropical fruit salad drained
- 2oz. coconut milk
- 1 pkg. chavrie fresh goat cheese (pyramid)
- 1/4 c toasted coconut to garnish
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients together omitting the coconut and place in a serving dish and chill
- Sprinkle toasted coconut over the top
