
KALE, KALE, KALE – Here is how to make in my opinion the perfect kale salad. Its vegan and gluten free and on top of it, it’s super delicious, creamy and easy to make. It will take approximately 10 mins of preparation time. Let’s get healthy together and detox our bodies.
For this recipe you will need:
3 cups of kale
1 cup of china cabbage
1 cups of figs
1/2 of pecan nuts
2 Tbsp of Hummus
3 Tbsp of Maple Syrup
3 Tbsp of Olive Oil
Pinch of Salt & Pepper
