This vegan chickpea tuna salad recipe has all the flavors of standard tuna salad, but the chickpeas boost fiber and protein!

I made my healthy chickpea salad into a sandwich, but it would also be great over greens. There are only 6 ingredients plus salt & pepper. The chickpea salad also keeps all week in the fridge and makes enough for 4-5 servings.
