No mayo or sour cream! This potato salad is a great compliment to any main dish and it’s vegan!
Ingredients
5 boiled potatoes
Vegetable oil
1 bunch of green onions
1 bunch of curly parsley
2 lemons
1 teaspoon of salt (+/- for taste)
1/2 teaspoon of pepper (+/- for taste)
1 tablespoon of paprika
1/2 teaspoon of citric acid (=/- for taste)
juice of 2 lemons
