Whenever I get towards the end of July I start clenching my fists. Trying with all of my might to enjoy every day left of summer. It’s the downhill slope and I can easily get caught in the ‘ohmygosh summer is flying by too quickly’ slump. I won’t have it! We’ve still got lots of good time left. Summer parties, camping trips, bicycling adventures, family vacations, BBQ’s and MORE! Fruit salad is perfect for all the things. While I love my Berry Fusion Fruit Salad, I REALLY love this Honey-Lime Sweetened Fruit Salad.
Most of my
favorite fruits
all wrapped up in one pretty little assortment. If you can get some sweet organic green and red grapes – they are the icing on the cake for this medley. Perfectly crisp and crunchy tying it all together. The smooth soft cantaloupe, tart strawberries and surprise blueberries! The most wonderful collection. But wait. There’s more! Drizzle all of that deliciousness with a light honey lime dressing and you’ve got an out of this world showstopper for your gathering. Forget the ice cream sandwiches and popsicles… gimme this fruit salad!
