Ingredients:
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped green olives
- 1/4 cup sliced radishes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients and chill for 2-3 hours for flavors to combine.
