Place wrap (1 (about 48g) wholegrain wrap) on a clean work surface. Spread the dip (1 tbsp beetroot dip) down the middle of the wrap. Top with carrot (1 small carrot, coarsely grated), ham (50g salt-reduced shaved ham), cucumber (1 ⁄2 small cucumber, sliced) and spinach (20g baby spinach, rocket or mixed salad leaves).
