  • 1 (about 48g) wholegrain wrap

  • 1 tbsp beetroot dip

  • 1 small carrot, coarsely grated

  • 50g salt-reduced shaved ham

  • 1 ⁄2 small cucumber, sliced

  • 20g baby spinach, rocket or mixed salad leaves

  • Select all ingredients

2 Method Steps

  • Place wrap (1 (about 48g) wholegrain wrap) on a clean work surface. Spread the dip (1 tbsp beetroot dip) down the middle of the wrap. Top with carrot (1 small carrot, coarsely grated), ham (50g salt-reduced shaved ham), cucumber (1 ⁄2 small cucumber, sliced) and spinach (20g baby spinach, rocket or mixed salad leaves).

  • Wrap to enclose the filling. Serve with mixed salad leaves.
