This is a quick and easy protein that you can throw together in minutes and it’s simple enough that it goes with just about anything. It can handle heavy or light flavors. I like to serve it with pastas and salads and it takes on sauces wonderfully. In the main photo I show it with a baby greens and pasta with red pepper and a somewhat lemony sauce. What’s great about it is that you can always change up what you serve it with andstill have a nice and easy basic to start from.
