
Tofu Salad
Preparation Method
- Dice the tofu into cubes.
- Chop the onion and green chilli.
- Heat a pan with Idhayam sesame oil.
- Saute onion and green chillies for three minutes.
- Pour the coconut extract and let it boil for two minute.
- Flip the tofu pieces add salt, fried onion, green chillies and stir well.
- Remove from fire.
- Allow it to cool and serve.
