Ingredients:
- place in a bowl wash and cut the yellow and orange pepper into bite size
- and add to the lettuce in the bowl clean and cut the celery into bite size
- and put the piece into the bowl wash the cherry tomato and add to the
- bowl clean the green onion and cut off the root using the scissor cut
- the green onion unto small piece into the bowl clean and cut the mushroom
Instructions:
- Rip several leaves of cleaned lettuce leaves into bite sizes and place in a bowl
- Wash and cut the yellow and orange peppers into bite sizes and add to the lettuce in the bowl
- Clean and cut the celery into bite sizes and put the pieces into the bowl
- Wash the cherry tomatoes and add to the bowl
- Clean the green onion and cut off the roots – using the scissors cut the green onion unto small pieces into the bowl.
- Clean and cut the mushroom into strips and add to the bowl
- Clean and using the scissor cut some parsley over the contents of the bowl
- Measure 3 tablespoons/45 ml of olive oil into a jar
- Measure 1 tablespoon/15 ml of vinegar into the jar
- Measure 1 teaspoon/5 ml of Dijon mustard into the jar
- Place the top on the jar and shake the ingredients together
