I’m so excited to share this triple berry keto cheesecake salad recipe with you! Many years ago, my husband ordered a berries and cream dessert at a restaurant and he loved it. I knew I had to create a keto recipe that he would love even more! Haha! After he had a bowl for dessert, then requested another bowl the next day for breakfast, I knew it was a keeper! For this recipe, we include strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries. Strawberries and raspberries have similar carb counts, while blueberries have about twice the amount of carbs. One cup of strawberries contains about 7-8 grams of net carbs. One cup of raspberries contains approximately 7 grams of net carbs, and one cup of blueberries contains about 17-18 grams of net carbs. Although not included in this recipe, one cup of blackberries contains about 6 grams of net carbs. Berries also contain some important nutrients. This will help ensure you get the creamiest texture possible! After rinsing my berries, I set them out on some paper towels to allow them to dry. Next, I quartered my strawberries, halved my raspberries, and left my blueberries whole. If you’d like larger pieces of fruit, you can cut them into larger or smaller pieces. If your raspberries are small, you may want to leave them whole. Last, when you add your berries, you’ll want to fold them in as gently as possible, so the berries don’t get smooshed. Yes, I think smooshed is the correct culinary term.😂

Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- ⅓ cup powdered sugar substitute (Swerve)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 9 ounces strawberries, quartered
- 6 ounces raspberries, halved

Instructions
