WHAT I EAT IN A DAY + VEGAN TUNA SALAD RECIPE (recipe below 🙂
1 can garbanzo beans
5 slices of bread and butter pickles
2 tbsp – 1/4 cup onion
2 tbsp – 1/4 cup celery
juice of half a lemon
dash of black pepper
dash of black salt (for egg flavor)
place the beans, avocado, pickles and lemon juice into a food processor until you reach the consistency you like. slowly pulse in the onion and celery. stir in the salt and pepper at the end. put on top of bread, wraps, tortillas, salad, etc. enjoy! xoxo
