
Ingredients:
- 3 Fuyu persimmons, chopped (peel if not yet really ripe and squishy)
- 2 tangerines, peeled, halved and sliced
- 2 blood oranges, peeled, halved and sliced
- 2 apples, cored and sliced thinly
- 2 pears, cored and sliced thinly
- 1 pomegranate, peel and connective membranes discarded
- 2 tablespoons orange or lemon juice
Instructions:
- First cut the apples and pears and place them in a large bowl with the orange or lemon juice and toss gently until the juice is evenly distributed. Add in the other fruits and toss to combine. Refrigerate in a sealed container for up to a couple days.
