Ingredients:
- 3 pink grapefruits, peel and pith removed, cut into segments
- 1 pomegranate, seeded
- 2 asian pears, quartered, cored, cut into thin wedges
- 1 1/2 tbsps raw honey
- 6 to 8 fresh mint leaves
- Flaky sea salt
Instructions:
- 1. In a medium bowl, toss grapefruit, pomegranate seeds, pears, and honey.
- 2. Top with mint and salt.
