SALAD

directions
- Combine sugar, salt, basil, oregano, dry mustard, pepper, garlic powder and red wine vinegar in a bottle; shake to combine.
- Add sweet pickle relish, onion, red pepper, egg, vegetable oil, capers and olives; shake again. Store in refrigerator.

SALAD:
- Combine romaine and bibb lettuce in a large salad bowl.
- Arrange 2 large tomatoes cut in wedges around salad bowl.
- Arrange sliced cucumber half way over tomatoes.
- Combine blanched green beans with salami in center of salad.
- Crumble bacon over salad.
- Pour enough dressing over salad to coat.
