- 1/3 cup red onion
- 1/4 cups scallions
- 1 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoons red wine or balsamic vinegar
- 1 small can black olives
- 3 tablespoons fresh parsley
- 1 dash salt and pepper
