High in healthy fats, vitamins and nutrients, low in carbs and high in protein! Is not a good option for low fat diets!

Ingredients:

  • Iceberg or Romaine Lettuce 3 cups
  • Tuna, Canned in Water, 10 oz (remove)
  • Italian Salad dressing, 4 tbsp (remove)
  • Cashew Nuts, dry roasted (salt added), 1 oz (remove)
  • Carrot chips(raw carrots cut in medallions with crinkles, not actual chips), 3 oz (remove)
  • Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup cherry tomatoes (remove)
  • Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup (remove)

Instructions:

  1. Combined ingredients and serve!
  2. Tuna is 2 regular cans. 5 oz each.
  3. Serves 2
